2. Missed Transfers

• Our standard policy with regard to missed transfers is full forfeit of the amount paid at the full discretion of JT Tour n Coach Service .

• In the event of delayed or cancelled flights, you MUST advise JT Tour n Coach Service by telephone immediately. Failure to do so will result in full forfeit of the amount paid at the full discretion of JT Tour n Coach Service.

3. Amendments to Bookings

The destination and pickup addresses on your confirmation email are the address to which you will disembark and embark. Should you wish to change these or any other details, this must be done by email at least 72 hours prior to the date of travel (inbound or outbound). Significant changes in destination or pickup addresses may constitute a route alteration which is covered in section 4 - "Route Alterations".

4. Route Alterations

4.1 Route alterations more than 72 hours prior to the date of travel

If the new trip price is greater than the original amount charged, an additional invoice will be generated and emailed to the customer .If the new trip price is less than the original amount charged, the remaining amount will be credited to the customer's account.

4.2 Route alterations less than 72 hours prior to the date of travel

An administrative change fee of 30% applies (based on the original amount paid) and the amount already paid will be applied to the new route. Transportation will be arranged on a best efforts basis.

5. Additional Charges

All trip prices are for "direct" trips with one pickup and one drop-off point and assume that you are on time for your trip pickup. JT Tour n Coach Service reserve the right to charge additional fees which are payable directly to JT Tour n Coach Service. If you have any questions please ask your driver. All additional charges will be reasonable and are at the sole discretion of JT Tour n Coach Service. Additional fees may be charged for:

• Late departures that are within your control (not including late or cancelled flights).

• Additional stops en route.

• Additional pickups.

• Unnecessary route alterations.

• Additional drop-offs.

6. Luggage Allowance & Declaration

JT Tour n Coach Service uses standard air traffic luggage capacities. Each guest is allowed 1 suitcase or the equivalent and a 'carry on' handbag. All extra luggage/s (snowboards, skis, golf clubs etc.) must be declared upon booking. All luggage/s should be labeled with the owners name and destination. If any luggage arrives undeclared JT Tour n Coach Service reserves the right to refuse transfer or to charge additional fees for transport of said luggage. The fees or refusal is at the discretion of JT Tour n Coach Service.

7. Conditions of Transport

JT Tour n Coach Service reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers and appointed agents the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger/s.

Smoking is not permitted in all JT Tour n Coach Service’s vehicles.

JT Tour n Coach Service will endeavor to ensure that all transfers arrive at the agreed upon time. JT Tour n Coach Service will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under local law by the primary transportation provider. JT Tour n Coach Service can not accept any liability whatsoever for accidents or injuries during any portion of any transfer. Customers' property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. All liability is assumed by the primary transportation provider.

Circumstances beyond the control of JT Tour n Coach Service and contracted companies may prevent the timely delivery of guests to their destinations. Anything beyond the control of JT Tour n Coach Service that interrupts or stops any transfer does not in any way result in any liability for JT Tour n Coach Service. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:

• Accidents causing delays to the vehicle

• Exceptional or severe weather conditions including snow or flood.

• Compliance with requests of the police

• Deaths and accidents on the road

• Vandalism and terrorism

• Unforeseen traffic delays

• Industrial action by third parties

• Problems caused by other customers

• Other circumstances affecting passenger safety

• Bookings that have been made showing incorrect details of dates, flight times etc.

• Failure by the client to produce their arrival/departure instructions

• The list is not exhaustive

If JT Tour n Coach Service fails for any reason in delivery of passengers to their confirmed destination, the company will provide suitable transport such as another coach, private car, taxi etc.

JT Tour n Coach Service shall only be liable for any reasonable and foreseeable consequential losses arising directly out of a breach in contract. In such cases our liability shall be limited to $100.00 per booking.

JT Tour n Coach Service reserves the right at any time to assign any part of this Agreement (or all of it) to any associated or sub-contracted company or to any third party.

It is the customer's responsibility to report any problems with his/her transfer in a timely manner so that JT Tour n Coach Service has the reasonable opportunity to address and correct the problem. It is the customer's obligation to do all in his/her power to mitigate any loss.

These Conditions of Transport and any transportation which we agree to provide you (in respect of yourself and/or your baggage) shall be governed by the laws of country in which the transfer occurs or is planned to occur. JT Tour n Coach Service and its associated and contracted companies agree to operate within the rules and regulations of transportation for the district/s in which the transport takes place.

8. Child-seat for Infants and Children

Infants and children will be required to be counted as passengers. JT Tour n Coach Service does ensure the availability of child-seats but they must be arranged in advance of the transfer.
